Work 2Bathroom renovation
Website quote calculator built from the spreadsheet
The same pricing logic on the website: four steps, a live estimate, a PDF to the visitor and a lead with every answer to the team.

The problem
What it solves
Once quotes work in a spreadsheet, the next step is letting website visitors see a price before they call, and getting leads with real details instead of “how much is a bathroom?”.
The tricky part
What had to be right
Keeping the website and the spreadsheet in step. Instead of copying formulas, the calculator reads the price list from the sheet, and automated tests compare website results with the spreadsheet on random inputs before each release.
Inside
What it does
- 4-step calculator (size, tile, scope, contact) with a live estimate on every click
- Pricing engine shared with the spreadsheet: prices read from the same Google Sheet
- PDF quote emailed to the visitor, lead with all answers emailed to the team
- New row in the Leads sheet for the follow-up call
- WordPress plugin with a shortcode, mobile-first layout, progress saved
What the owner gets
One price list for the office and the website, and leads that arrive with size, tile choice and budget.
